Confession: I used to find ANY excuse to skip a workout.  ((And by ANY, I mean if my hair was freshly curled, ya girl wasn’t putting it in a ponytail to workout.  Tired today? Nope. Ate a french fry last week? What’s the use. Stand at the front desk isn’t taking roll if I don’t show up anyway. #soextra))

Well, after struggling with my image and deciding I’d never feel like myself again (#postpartum), I realized I could either have excuses or I could have results.  The only thing holding me back from feeling better about myself was the toughest enemy to beat: ME.
