Day 20: Invite to Action

Lesson 19

It’s our last CALL TO ACTION!!!  You’ve spent time building trust and rapport with your audience, and breaking down the mindsets potentially holding them back from joining you.  (It’s called “priming,” and it takes time! So if you don’t see a ton of engagement at first, be patient and continue doing what you’re doing!).  

Add in the values that your ideal customer is looking for in a coach. We're going to invite them to take action.

Relate: I used to let excuses delay my goals

Educate/Motivate: Why the problem isn’t lack of motivation (check out the 6 sources of influence - "Change Anything")

Dialogue: Do you avoid self-care? Why? (Add the QUESTION box so they can respond)

Interact: Poll - Do you want to get healthier in 2020?
