Day 19: Challenge Post
Lesson 18
Pick a limiting belief to tackle in this post. You can choose a quote or a poem, or write your post by starting with a limiting belief {the before} and then talk about what happened (the hypothesis) to get to the after!
** I always find a personal photo gets more engagement with this type of post.
Your Insta Stories REDIC Formula:
Relate: #perfectionistproblems (talk about the need for “perfection” keeping you from balance and not binging or throwing everything out after “messing up”)
Educate/Motivate: Why balance is important and treating yourself is OK!
Dialogue: What’s your favorite go-to treat when you’re tempted to go off the rails?? (Add the QUESTION box so they can respond)
Interact: Poll - Do you have a love/hate relationship with food??
Capture: I’M SOOOO GLAD I found a way out. If you need one too, hit me up cause I love to talk about if this could be the answer for you!!
See how it's done…
******************************
I wish someone would have explained to 12 year old me why I should NEVER have been on a “diet” at that age…
Or at 18… or aaaaalll through my 20’s. For YEARS I had a love/hate relationship with food and the scale, and only felt like I was “good” if I was following the rules PERFECTLY.
If I messed up, I TOTALLY went OFF THE RAILS.
Looking back, it was exhausting. The scale should NEVER determine our self-worth and self control!!!
Thank goodness I found a way to nourish this body and let this foodie soul live her TRUE best life.
Cheers *with real drinks* to forever!
