You won’t love yourself more when you weigh less.
I used to think weight loss would lead to more self-acceptance. It wasn’t happening.
Here’s the REAL deal:
Our pant-size WILL fluctuate throughout our lives, but it will NEVER determine what we can contribute to the world around us. So we HAVE to COMMIT to ourselves RIGHT NOW, no matter what.
Do we want to be “getting back on track” till we’re 85? No. Then maaaybe the “diet starts Monday” life needs to stop. Maybe there’s a different solution.
If we could get inside others’ heads, we would stop comparing ourselves! We ALL have things we want to improve and change and grow in that others might disagree with- so how do YOU actually feel? If YOU are more at peace and comfortable, THAT’S where the real magic happens.
