Baby Boomers are retiring, Generation X employees are moving up the ladder, and Millennials are transitioning into the workplace. Unlike their predecessors, however, Millennials don’t think company loyalty is anything to be overly concerned about, even though they usually expect company loyalty in return. They work well in teams, but they need constant reassurance that they are meeting their goals. Millennials want to work for a company that’s making a difference in the world and they want that company to provide them with a workplace that is pleasing to them. They want to take leadership roles as quickly as they can and start making a fortune in business.
