Exercise Is a Waste of Time. Set Goals and Start Training to Achieve Them.

Train Vs ExerciseTrain instead of just exercising. Exercise is not as productive for an entrepreneur as setting up a training plan because most people are goal driven and having a goal to accomplish is much more motivating.

  1. Detail a goal to accomplish, such as increasing strength or improving conditioning and make it measurable. Use a scale of 1 to 10 if you aren’t sure how to measure it, 10 being the best it’s been or give it a description.
  2. Create a plan of attack. Decide what you need to do daily or weekly to get there.
  3. Create the discipline to stick to the plan. Don’t leave this to chance. Consider reading “Change Anything”  which is a great resource for understanding that there is no such thing as willpower.
