Baby Boomers are retiring, Generation X employees are moving up the ladder, and Millennials are moving into the workplace now. Unlike their predecessors, however, Millennials don’t think loyalty to the company is anything they need to be overly concerned about, even though they usually expect the company to be loyal to them. They work well as a team, but they need constant reassurance that they are meeting their goals. And Millennials want to work for a company that’s making a difference in the world, and they want that company to provide them with a workplace that is pleasing to them. They want to take leadership roles as quickly as they can and start making a fortune in business.
