Train instead of just exercising. Exercise is not as productive for an entrepreneur as setting up a training plan because most people are goal driven and having a goal to accomplish is much more motivating.
- Detail a goal to accomplish, such as increasing strength or improving conditioning and make it measurable. Use a scale of 1 to 10 if you aren’t sure how to measure it, 10 being the best it’s been or give it a description.
- Create a plan of attack. Decide what you need to do daily or weekly to get there.
