  • Tech Savvy meaning you can figure things out like Google Calendar, ClickUp, Slack, etc and introduce ways to simplify things (ie Zoom integrating with Slack to make finding meetings easier, etc)
  • Process Focused meaning you can automate and simplify processes and create them
  • Great leadership and management skills meaning you can create strong accountability within the team
  • Problem Solving Ability meaning you quickly recognize issues & patterns and are resourceful and able to come us with solutions 
  • Team Efficiency meaning you can diagnose issues & patterns in the business and create job aids, improve and create processes & tools to help the team
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Processes meaning you’re epic at scripts (ie. disputes, refunds, issues, etc) and know-how to ensure the whole team gets on board when you intro a new SOP
  • Project Management focused meaning you feel confident laying out the steps of a project and managing timelines and expectations
  • ROI Focused meaning you’re confident you can justify your expense in the business


  • Project Management Experience meaning you can identify big rocks in the business and that’s where you spend your time (vs just getting stuck in your inbox & notifications)
  • ClickUp Certified (or experience with project management)
  • Zendesk Trained (or experience with Ticketing System)
  • Launches Experience an asset
  • Effective SOP Creation & Implementation meaning you know when an SOP needs to be created and how to implement it
