Measure Workplace Culture

Taro Fukuyama of Recode makes a case for creating a standard to measure workplace culture, just as a business would record other metrics such as sales. In light of scandals and bad press surrounding big businesses such as Uber, Taro strongly encourages companies to be aware of how healthy their workplaces are, in terms of the emotional well-being of the workers of said companies. He states that this is just as important to a company’s growth as financial data.
