There are many distractions at work, day in and day out. Here are a few ways to actually push those distractions away at least for a little while. These are tips and tricks that include: putting your phone away for a little while, screening your calls-if it’s not family or emergency, don’t answer it-and take your time. There are a few things that you should answer quickly, but if it’s an email that can wait a little, then let it until you get done with what you are doing.
