Tony Jeary and his team are trying to figure out the best way to help their clients achieve their potential.

They have developed a nine question assessment that measures how their clients thinking patterns are connected with their clients’ results and outcomes. Using a rating scale between 1 (low) and 10 (high) the assessment examines life satisfaction, attitudes, relationships, health, intellectual stimulation, and goal-setting abilities.

The goal of the assessment is to help Tony and his team identify areas of thinking that clients may need assistance with developing or improving in order for them to achieve their goals.
